How to import and clear customs for plush toys?

As ordinary plush toys, there is no need to provide 3C certification for import. Toys with built-in circuits/batteries/sound and light functions, hard plastic humanoid heads/limbs, and sets containing independently playable plastic/metal accessories, etc., require 3C certification for import.
