Process for customizing plush toys

1. Customers provide designs or ideas. Customers can provide product design drafts, such as AI, PDF, PSD, CorelDRAW, and other files. If there is no design draft, the client can provide high-definition images or detailed design ideas for the designer to design.

2. Designers create renderings. Based on the drawings or design ideas provided by the client, the designer creates product renderings.

3. Confirmation of rendering. The customer confirms the designed product rendering.

4. Make a sample mold and make a sample. After confirming the rendering, create a physical sample for customer confirmation.

5. The customer confirms the sample. After the customer confirms the physical sample, proceed with product physical confirmation.

6. Make production molds. After confirming the physical samples, arrange for the production of molds, that is, bulk molds.

7. Mass production. Arrange the production of bulk orders based on sample requirements and production molds.

8. Quality inspection. Strictly inspect the quality of the produced bulk goods to meet the customer's product quality requirements.

9. Shipment. Ship according to the logistics and shipping methods specified by the customer.
