Project requirement: Design and construct according to green mining standards. The 1500T crushed stone aggregate production line is located in Xiaochang County, Hubei Province, covering an area of about 100 acres. The crushed raw stone is limestone, and the designed production capacity is 5 million tons per year. It has been under construction since 2018. Finished limestone aggregates can alleviate the increasingly tight supply of sand and gravel in the local area, drive local economic development, and create a green production demonstration base for green mining sand and gravel aggregates, providing data support for the construction of green mines in the sand and gravel industry.

The intelligent central control room located in the comprehensive office building is the highlight of this project: it includes equipment control system, video surveillance system, and data integration system. Among them, the equipment control system adjusts and monitors various equipment on the production line; The video surveillance system is used to monitor the operating status of various devices and the real-time situation of various locations in the factory area; The data integration system integrates and analyzes data from various systems.
