The 8HL series high-efficiency impact crusher adopts a waterfall feeding system, which introduces the second material flow into the crushing chamber with a certain control amount, increases the amount or density of material in the crushing chamber, and promotes energy exchange between particles. The materials entering the crushing chamber collide violently with suspended materials and material liners, and collide again with the materials emitted from the wheel. After multiple impacts, friction, and grinding, they are crushed and discharged from the lower discharge port.
